Man, Algol, you created Soul Caliber to balance/purify Soul Edge. But instead SCV, Soul Caliber is "evil" to destroy all that is malfested even though it can be cured without violence. And so do away by ending Soul Caliber and Soul Edge entirely.
In some of the endings of sc4 the soul caliber has been shown to do this before I think namely with sophitia and Cassandra (I may be wrong its been years since I've touched this game)
Soul Calibur isn’t purely good, it is Order twisted by Algol’s soul so the holy blade vs cursed evil blade has a different contrast that is in 4 and expanded in 5, it’s two sides of the same coin it’s Order vs Chaos, and order isn’t always purely good if unchecked the goal for order can go off the rails if you’re willing to do anything for beating chaos and reaching order as seen in 5.
There is also a deeper reason why they made Darth Vader fight Mitsurugi. It's because Mitsurugi's japanese voice actor also voices Obi-Wan in the japanese dub of Star Wars. So it makes sense.
5 years later. I believe there's a gallery where you can view cutscenes, and depending on which character you chose to view them with will alter the intro you get. To my recollection most people you chose gets you Vader vs Mitsurigi. Choosing Starkiller, Yoda or CaC gets you the others.
Create-a-character, it is someone the player made themselves. Unfortunately, you can't change the weapon they use in the intro. Doesn't matter if you gave them a katana, nunchuks, or a bo staff they always have great sword in that cinematic.
Soul Calibur 4 ( Soul Calibur 5) and Soul Calibur 5 (Soul Calibur 6) Opening Introduction Sequence isn't that Good as Soul Blade (Soul Calibur 1) Soul Calibur 1 (Soul Calibur 2) Soul Calibur 2 (Soul Calibur 3) and last Soul Calibur 3 (Soul Calibur 4) Opening Introduction Sequence Those 4 are and is Classic while the Other 2 Isn't Classic just Fanasty which is not supposed to be Fanasty They should have been Classic
Still my favorite soul game. 2 is close. I like 5 a lot but not as much and sadly 6 only upgraded the combat everything else was downgraded and lazily done
You mean for Soulcalibur 5? Yeah, I do agree, still at least they gave us a conclusion to the saga (a Shit conclusion though). But at least the Devs are pushing SC6 to be the revival that the Series needs.
@@danielramsey6141 They have already ruined Soul Calibur 6 (Soul Calibur 7) without having it take place after the 6th Game and They left out the Soul Edge Design and Challenges for the 3rd time and they had a worst canonical storyline for the 3rd time in Soul Calibur 6 (Soul Calibur 7) just like they did in Soul Calibur 4 (Soul Calibur 5) and Soul Calibur 5 (Soul Calibur 6) and don't forget that they left Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 without Soul Calibur 6 (Soul Calibur 7) and still left 7 Games unfinished #BoycottSoulCaliburNamcoSonyPlaystationMicrosoftXboxAndDictators
