Skinless boneless salmon: as needed
Green onion: 1
Ginger: 1 small piece
Regular soy sauce: 1/4 cup
Sous vide temperature: 50°C/122°F
Time: thick piece 30 minutes
Thinner pieces 15-20 minutes
Pan fry salmon:
Dry the surface
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a thin layer of corn starch
Onto the hot pan, fry each side for 1-1.5 minutes
