I thnak you Dennis! I've always loved the Eagle design and it while it may not have been all fun with the build, i'm happy with it and so is the client, high fives all round. All the best, ILM
WOW !!! Im a big fan of Space 1999, watched it when I was a kid during the seventies, probably my favourite sic fi tv show just edges out Star Trek ...lol. I've got to build this, always wanted my own Eagle, and Alan can keep his hands off it....lol... now to just work out this bloody 3d printer I just got....lol
Cheers BF. Ah you can do it mate, just time and patience will get ya where you want to be on any build. Unless there's a reason to rush just take it at your own speed and you'll get there. Oh yeah, the 3D print thing. It likewise can take time to master but when ya do, it opens a world of possibilities mate! All the best, ILM
Many thanks Mark. The client and I agreed that weathering and greeblies by the bucket load were the order of the day here so why not. All the best, ILM
I thank ya most kindly Daryl. Not got any plans to do the Trumpeter Titanic but that said, if somone wants one done or I get the itch to do so for myself then that may change. All the best mate, ILM
Thanks Robert. It's almost a full scratchbuild except for the passenger and nuclear waste pods. They were supplied by the client as kits of a sort, just needed a clean up, detailing and paintwork. All the best, ILM
