1) Take 1 clove of garlic and crush it after making a small cut 2) Cut the parsley stem and keep it 3) Chop a little parsley 4) Cut in half 50 gr. of pitted Black Olives 5) Take a pan and add 2 turns of olive oil, garlic, parsley stem, Black Olives and Anchovies - - cook over low heat - - 6) After 2 minutes add 3 spoons of tomato sauce 7) Cook over low heat for 10 minutes - - add a little water if necessary - - 8) Cook the Spaghetti 9) Put the spaghetti with the sauce 2 minutes before cooking 10) Turn on the fire the sauce over medium heat and stir the spaghetti by adding a little cooking water 11) Turn off the heat, remove the garlic and the parsley stalk 12) Add the black pepper and chopped parsley - - - Buon Appetito! - - -
