Pretty entertaining to say the least. Both were fun to watch. Marcellus is fun to watch for a big guy he's go some slick moves. Could see he was just warming up and trying to hone them in.

Man Ruiz is a workhouse , always moving !

A few days before the fight Ruiz should not spar or do anything in the ring so his body gets more strength for the upcoming fight.His mind should be relaxed as well.

Sparring is about basically LEARNING .....Helping eachother out Not always killing eachother.

Hours and hours put in practically just doing the same moves 1,000 times. But are shown to be deadly in the ring

Ok since Ruiz beat Joshua I have watched a couple of his other fights and after watching him spar this guy it is quite obvious that when he fights taller opponents he actually gets in their head with how fast he counters cos he stalks them down and doesn't let them use their reach. He will take a punch to throw back two and this must fuck with the other fighters heads big time because their coaches I guarantee would of said to them to keep the distance and use the jab . He takes away their most important arsenal of their fight plan by doing this. Maybe against fury it would be different cos he moves all over the place and has the footwork of a middle Weight. But Ruiz knows what to do against the big boys

Good sparring partner for Ruiz, he was open for Williams counter a couple of times and he must have learned from that years ago. December 7th 2019 will be a hell of a fight against Joshua.
