Thanks for the tutorial! I only changed to regular headlights, but this was the shortest, best version on RU-vid on how to basically change your headlight assembly. I appreciate you guys posting this!

Thanks much for posting this! I just changed both my headlamp assemblies on my 2003 Civic Hybrid and did it in about an hour and a half. (The body clips were different, just screwdriver removal, but everything else perfectly displayed.) Very helpful, it made the job go smoothly!! Thanks again.

@RyanEnvy You will notice that the TM brand has 3 bulbs, and the Amber (yellow) comes with the headlights. However, if your headlights do not come with a amber bulb, you need to put one for safety (will reduce your chances of getting pulled over). The ones in the video show three, because there are turnsignal, eyebrow light, and LEDs. I hope that this really helped your question. Good luck

They skipped the part about where the old headlight bulbs go. In the video they magically dissappear. Wish they showed the steps on how to remove them.

@Jordan92028 There are some minor wiring for the Halos to work. However, it will be simple, negative and positive wires to tap into the parking lights power and ground. Thank you

you can replace the halo bulb with a simple T10 bulb if it goes out.

@cadillac612mm chrome looks nice on silvers, but that is all up to you. You also have the options of throwing an HID kit on your headlights for a more optimized look. Good luck

The lights will come with both Halos and eyebrows. However, you can pick and choose which lights you want to hook up. You can do just the eyebrows, because the projector headlights will come with 4 red wires and 4 black extra (Halo and eyebrows) Just hook two reds and two blacks. @RyanEnvy Sorry, i am unfamiliar with Anzo products. However, the first question your asking is right. There should be a ground wire. But to make sure, you should contact them and ask their customer service for more details. Second, the signal light are is missing; is because your suppose to use your stock turn signal harness and bulb. I hoped that it helped. Thanks and good luck.

@hassanaliqazilbash Normally the horn is right in front of the radiator, right under the radiator support. Yes, the bumper needs to be removed in order to install the lights.

Hi there, These headlights come with your low and high beam bulbs so you don't have to worry about that, and yes these are projector headlights. What you see in this video is exactly what you're getting. the LED bulbs are included and the Halo rings. the only thing you need to do is splice your halo and led wire to your parking lights.

I got these for my 2001 Civic Ex and I love them! I had an issue when I was first hooking them up. When I went to put in the passenger side unit it would blow the fuse each time. (Fuse is marked "Small") It turned out that the little LED in the corner of the unit had gotten twisted and shorted out the leads. Untwisted them, pushed it back in and bazinga!

@RiiCoSu4v3 in most cars, you can just take off the grille after popping the hood and removing a couple of bolts, no need to remove the entire bumper to do it.

NOTE: please make sure they test the lights first! I have and many customers tell me after they had the lights installed, they were defective after and paid for installation twice. If they test and show the Halo and LEDs work, they can be responsible. But that would save you a bit of time and hardship, however, this would be a really good time to get to know your car a little better and kinda fondle it a bit. Thanks and good luck.

The projector will work with HID, however, the HIDs application must work with projectors. Example, Honda has H4 (larger) for the low beam, they had to change it to H1(smaller) for low beam so that the light bulb will fit behind the projector lens. So if your HID bulb is H4, then it will not fit. Hope this helped. Thank you

The eyebrow wiring uses the same concept as the halo. If you headlights comes with both, you can combine the (+) with the (+) and the (-) with the (-), eye brow and halo. Thank you

I think of factory you guys can tap it on the light itself. Connect them to the two pin connector and you won’t have to tap into your car harness

@foreigner760 I know one thing for sure, the TM brands have replaceable bulbs for the LED and Halos are replacement. This is important; since you want the projectors that you are buying to have all the lights functioning as long as possible. Plus, I deal with TM products on my installation videos. So I know that first hand that you can go wrong with the TM brand. You can't go wrong with the TM.

I think you would be plesantly suprised when trying to replace your headlights how easy it will actually be. Just make sure you buy a magnet tray which will help you with hte scews and bolts.

I have a quick question. The headlights in this video have 3 lights and a little one up top. Yet the original headlights only have two bulbs (it seems that way from watching the video). Do you use the stock bulbs in the new headlights? If so, will they still be orange/yellow when you turn your headlights on or will they be blue? I don't understand why there are 3+ lights on the projector headlight, but only 2 bulbs in the stock headlight...

Please check with your local and state laws about legality of the lights. Because location and laws differs, you will have to contact either you DMV or city hall for more information. That said, cops will pull you over for just about anything, headlights are just another excuse to do random search and seizures. Where we live, safety driving trumps car looks.

I have two questions before installing my projectors: I ordered the Anzo 121055 headlights and noticed two things. 1. The two wires in the back for the halo lights, one should be red and the other should be black, yet both are red. Where is the black ground wire? 2. The area right beside the yellow plastic marker (right below the signal light) doesn't have a bulb it in. It's just empty. Is it supposed to be like that? Thanks!

Hey dude thanks for the video. I have a quick question if you have a min. I bought a new set of lens for my 01 civic coupe. The car is stock. I decided to put all new bulbs in the car. I put a set of Sylvania Silverstar High Performance Lighting 9003/HB2 in it, along with an LED turn signal bulb, and a small LED running light. When I plugged them in the headlights turned on fine but then my turn signal was relaying at double the speed so I swapped them out.

I have a 2002 civic sedan, and just bought a hid conversion kit (H4). By looking at the back of the headlight, seems impossible to insert the bulb without removing the bumper and the headlight, there is just not enough space behind the headlight. Is that right?

haha, I figured that; I guess the question I needed to ask was how do I access those bulbs? I did not see a way to access them from the back of the headlight. Do I have to remove the front cover?

My other problem is that when the lights are on my cruise control won't engage. It will when the lights are off, but not on. Any idea what could be going on here? I uses my cruise control on the regular so I know it was working before I did the installation. Thanks dude.

it might be how you wired your lights or your voltage power running through the ballast. we cant tell you for sure what your problem is since we dont know how exactly you wired them. try taking your car to a local mechanic and have it checked out.

I just bought some Halo Projector Headlights recently. When I tried to install them, I found that the assembly comes with a amber signal lamp and connection, but the connection for the signal lamp does not match the factory connection. Basically, if I install the assembly, I will have to use the factory white lamp instead of the amber one that came with the assembly. Should I send the assembly back or try to find an amber factor lamp? Please help. BWillis

The Bulbs should be H1 or H3 thats what they come with. So when replacing them it should be HID kit H1 or H3

@Specdtuninginfo i bout these about a month ago and i put HIDs in the low beam but when i turn the high beam on it turns the low off. obviously its not good for the HIDs. Do you know how i can keep the lows on while using the Highs? thank you!
