What is the coverage of both the full unit and commercial unit?

Please Refer to Coverage Chart located on Data Sheet 254.3 APD. Approximate coverage for SPECTRALOCK PRO Premium Grout† is the same as SPECTRALOCK PRO Grout† . Actual coverage will vary depending on job site conditions, actual tile size and installed grout joint size. Do I need part c ? If I want to use white ?

Yes, it is necessary to use Spectralock Part C powder in conjunction with Spectralock Part A and Part B. PART C is available in bright white and various other colors.
