Yeah there's a way instead of first entering the city just attack a guard at one of the farms do the main quest until you get breezehome buy it fast travel to the stables go up to the gate and try the dialogue
@yourlocalstendarr i see. But wouldnt 'doing the main quest' involve telling the jarl about the dragon attack and him making you thane? Therefore the guards would already know who you are
@@TheCourier0613yes but what others forgot to mention ... About 60% of Skyrim was cut due to time restrictions. It's a voiceline from the files that was left for some reason. Maybe breezehome had a quest that didn't involve whiterun
Guard- You think you can stand against the whole Whiterun city guard? Dragonborn- *clad in Dragon bone armour, wielding a Dragon Bone weapon all items enchanted using the enchant/alchemy exploit* I'd say I like my chances.
@@SirKolass because it's not regular dialogue it's a check. Meaning if your skill is high enough you can succeed but you CANNOT succeed this "check" ever meaning it's a waste of time have you ever tried leveling charisma in this game? I guarantee you a LOT of people wasted hours of their life trying to get unique dialogue that isn't there
@@sweetrollcultists1317 There are many other chances for them to use their speech, they don't need this one, this dialog would not be as entertaining without those options.
Well, you can get into Whiterun without discovering it by getting arrested at one of its farms. Then you could buy a house there. And you could also leave the city through the secret exit at the Companions. Then get arrested again. I think that's how he got this sentense unlocked. I find it rather impressive though.
i saw a vide olike this before: "you think you can fight agains the entirety of whiteruns city guar-" And then there was a cut away, too a pile of guard corpses engulfed in flames.
YoU tHiNk yOu cAn bEaT tHe eNtIrE WhItErUn gUaRd? Dragonborn: Laughing in Silence and showing 100 Enchantment, 100 One handed, 100 heavy armor, 100 destruction magic, using fireball. "Oh...a dead guard"
While having the speech perk will double your chance of intimidation, it doesnt mean anything if youre stats are still low First, if you used consol commands to gain xp then the game registers you as lvl 1. Spawn in an expensive item to sell to level up with the game. Second, intimidation is calculated by your stats. For example if you have lvl 100 armor, one handed, and sneak, or some combination of combat stats; this is how you actually increase your intimidation factor. The speech perk will then double what you have. Third, if you have gear that is high level this increases intimidation. This effect is extraordinarily powerful if you wear a full set of daedric armor, where intimidation works every single time
Doubt we will ever see it in the Elder scrolls game, but the creators of elder scrolls made new company called Once lost games. They are making a spiritual successor to daggerfall and are shooting same size map. It is called the Wayward Realms. Hopefully it turns out good.
