Hi Tori. Thanks for sharing. Getting therapy is not something that's trending, it's needed. Culturally African-Americans think that because we come from strong ancestors, we can just sit back and endure. We don't. Don't just let things get bottled up. GREAT JOB on both keeping feeling good on inside and outside
