Easily one of the top 5 contributes on youtube when it come to anything barbecue related. I buy his rubs and try just about every recipes he puts out here. Thanks Malcolm!
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. You're a good dad Malcolm - it's always great to spend quality time with your son! And those sliders look delicious!
I made this last weekend and it turned out awesome. I followed the directions to a T... from the chicken , to the sauce and then the pickled onion. I really enjoyed the chicken sliders and so did my husband.
Made this last weekend, it was spectacular!! I usually don't like mayo based food, don't like heavy vinegar and generally find chicken bland. The white bbq sauce was sooo good! No mayo taste. The pickled onions were the perfect compliment. The chicken was moist and delicious. My kids asked for seconds!! I'll be making this many times to come! Put it on a soft, white bread roll to bring it all together. It was the quietest dinner we have ever had as everyone was stuffing their face. My wife even broke her weight watchers commitment for the day after she took "one bite". Good stuff.
Malcom, I'm an Alabama native living in Australia...it's Father's Day in Australia today, and having your son try the cook with you today was good timing. That's what it's about--sharing with the family. I get excited when my 4 yo son asks for "bones" (ribs). Thanks for the videos.
Man, it's so good to see you Malcolm. I was having an awful week, my job sucked, my kid was ill, super stressed. I just got home, poured a glass of wine and saw you had uploaded. Oh man. This is the first time I've relaxed this week. Thanks for being my go to chill bbq guru. You da man.
Looks great! First time I’ve ever seen your Son. He seems so sweet and humble; just like his Dad. Malcom thank you for all you do. You are my favorite! God Bless you and your sweet family.❤️❤️
Malcolm, I love that you bring your son into these videos ! You are such a good Dad and family man - I can tell ! Bring him up through the ranks and maybe he can be the prime and lead one of these videos one day. Maybe not now, but certainly you are doing the right thing. love your show, I’m buying some product.... Keep it up big man !
I made these this weekend for a bunch of family and friends(which good BBQ tends to bring together). So many compliments! Thanks for your passion and having a heart of a teacher. Thats a guy whose products I buy!
It was convenient that this posted on Friday as I was trying to find my Labor Day traeger recipe. Made this (including the white sauce and pickled onions) for my cookout yesterday. The combination packed the easy slider with huge amounts of flavor. Everyone enjoyed it. Need more traeger videos!!
I love this channel. You taught me how to do a brisket right and I have never looked back. (I do make a mean brisket now) I'm going to make these chicken sliders tomorrow. I was looking for something different to do besides ribs, pork shoulder and brisket and these will be perfect. My favorite part though was when you brought your son in. For me cooking is all about family. It's the best way I know how to say "I love you". Keep it going my friend.
Malcom, I love watching your channel. every time I get a video notification, "i know it's gonna be good!" Thanks for sharing with us all of your knowledge and passion about grilling. I have been able to do so as well, thanks to your channel.
By far the best channel on RU-vid. I love all these videos!! I follow all the recipes and this dude got it goin’ on!!! The smoked beans are to die for good!
Anytime the kids get with you I like the video just a bit more. Love your channel. Always good looking food and informative enough, for those of us who are learning, to give it a try.
This is dinner for the crew tonight. 8 people in the house staying home and safe. This will be our Sunday night feast. I'm substituting cole slaw for pickled onions. It takes on the white BBQ sauce so well. Bread and Butter pickles. Thanks for this one. Great recipe.
Brother Malcolm, made this last night for dinner and oh my lord was it good! #MalcolmknowsBBQ !!!! My youngest son wanted to change the ratios on the sauce, but I told him to go with the plan and we would see if it needs adjusting later. He was glad we did, saying the sauce is "incredible!"
I did this today and let me tell you whhaaaat. That’s fire. The white sauce is amazing. I’ve never pickled never really had the urge to but said screw it and tried, this is amazing. Thank you For your in depth recipe.
Another great cook Malcom. I use your recipes more than anyone else's on You tube. I also like the Killer hogs BBQ seasonings. I have them all. That AP goes on everything. thanks again man!
Another awesome video Malcolm! Absolutely love your channel! So great to see your son in there at the end enjoying it with you!! Love that! Think it's time to light the charcoal...
Loved Seeing Micheal included in this video. I have a feeling dad's going to have some home grown compitition in the not to distant furture. ! :-) Great job guys...as always !
I finally got to try this I didn't have Malcolm Reed rub but I had my own rub which it turned out pretty good. The sauce was really good and a pickled onions was really good I'm going to make this again this is really good did I say this was really good on
Malcolm... man you done did it again brother! Big hit! I hit the sauce up with some more cayenne and Tabasco sauce, along with some Worcestershire. It's just perfect with the chicken! And butter toasted Hawaiian buns!
I've made just about everything he's done except the whole pig! He's one of the best! I love the fact that he has the full recipe and instructions in the description part of his videos, too!
I love the Alabama White Sauce! Thank you to you and Rachelle for coming on my Podcast that will air on Sep 15th! Those chickens look great, but Sous vide would make them better.. LOL 😂😂😂
Damn! I got a hurricane coming towards me Sunday night but this might be the perfect "Hurricane party" food for me to make Sunday afternoon before the storm kicks in! Thanks Malcolm :)
I've been using Duck Fat Spray on my birds instead of PAM....little trick I picked up from a local BBQ team, works fantastic on turkeys/turkey breasts too!
