They de-bone the chicken feet by sneaking up behind the chicken with an air horn, thereby causing the chicken to jump out of its shoes. Really!

it's so hilarious that you love chewy food, because that's what Korean's are known for, even their sushi. Like most westerners and other countries dislike chewy food, but Koreans love it LOL

Off the Great Wall I found out how they debone the chicken feet, watch this Chinese comedy movie called McDull The Scholar and you'll see how they use these cute little grannies to pull the flesh off the bone with their mouths then they spit them back out into a bucket with the other boneless chicken feet before they get cooked.Probably not the real way it's done but it's still funny. Check it out.

Hey Off The Great Wall, I've been watching your channel non stop literally in the past month. It's so awesome! I've always been interested in the East Asian culture. It's somewhat different than rest of the Asian countries. (I'm South Asian btw) Can you guys do a video on comparing east and south Asian cultures?? Didnt know that had a yupki ddukbokki in the states! Next time dip the soondae (blood sausage) in the ddukbokki sauce! That's how most koreans eat it on the street.

According to EYK, processed cheese (i guess like the American kind) is popular and tasty to mix in Korean food. Some foods they add it in? Ramen and fish cakes.

ms hmeecill the american cheese love affair was leftover from wartime rations, hence it is also in buddae jiggae (army base stew) the korean palate has gotten more sophisticated over the years now to enjoy various other styles of cheese from around the world

Mike you should try and find some Buldak! It's a super spicy Korean street food that translates to "fire chicken". It's chicken traditionally cooked over an open flame with a sauce made with tons of gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) and chilli flakes, so it'll definitely appeal to your spice-loving side :)

IMO, Yi really balances the guys. Nice to see her back. Such a fun lady.Hope her project went well. NEED to try some of the dishes soon specially the chicken feet dishes. This style of video really fit you guys. Thus do more. Please have Mia(ABS) and or Ben in some videos as well.

Omg...I love spicy chicken feet and make it when I'm craving spicy snack foods to munch on in front of the t.v. Luckily, I live in the South, where chicken feet is readily available if you know where to look, usually in grocery stores that service minority neighborhoods. When I moved, the first thing I did was scout out places I could get things like chicken feet, tripe, pig jowls, and pork belly. Blood sausage is delicious, especially lightly dipped into salty shrimp powder.
