Spicy Southwest Omelet with the Omelette Ring | CJ's First Cooking Show | Blackstone Griddles 

I actually made my first omelette last week! I've had my griddle for a little less than a year, and am definitely still growing as a griddler. I enjoy all of the Blackstone family videos, but especially love the chemistry between CJ and Chef Nate.

CJ, spray or wipe the egg ring with oil to keep the food from sticking. Loved the goal in one. LOL I also give them a slow twist when cooking to break the food tension. LOL I enjoy your show a lot.

I love when I’m watching an episode, learning to make delicious food on my new Blackstone, and my wife comes by and goes, “are you watching another grilling video?” Apparently replying, “well first of all it’s a griddle,” isn’t the correct response. Omelette looks delicious. And I can’t wait for the next “grilling video.”

HOWEVER... all of those Wal-Mart exclusive seasonings that I'm desperate to try are never carried in any of my local Wal-Marts. Can't order them on Blackstone's website, can't order them on Wal-Mart's website... Please get them to cancel that contract.. For me?! You should try a Diner style omelet, thinner eggs, folds up like a burrito, pretty much. It would be good, and you could even throw in a little Taco Bell, just for Nate. Or you could...raise (that's another word for elevate, I have a thesaurus😃) it up, and do something more foo-foo.😀
