The new series follows Paul fishing solo at Bayfront Park in Hamilton, Ontario. The goal is to catch a 30lb+ fish from a park which is notorious for large numbers of smaller fish!
What amazing cinematography! Specially that intro! 👌🏽 I’ve got a lot to learn from your skills! I hope I catch a double next! You’ve inspired me! Definitely subscribed! Keep them coming!
I also go to Bayfront to do some carp fishing as its the best fish there for the fight. I don't have all the set up like you do lol, hope to see you there this year. Good luck!!!!
Incredible video of an amazing Session👍 Was this filmed in Cad? Or the USA? Can't figure it out. Def has the vibe/quality of a UK carp fishing video - Gear/cinematography/and great fishing👍 I do however like when the guys from the UK go over their rigs/bait/etc… I learn a lot from that info. Still a fantastic watch⭐⭐⭐⭐. - Joe (from New Jersey in the US) I'm a new fan!!!
This is in Hamilton right? I went to bayfront park with a buddie a couple weeks ago and caught some carp and catfish in a different spot along the trail! Great video!
I never caught a carp before. Interested in trying it out just to get my kids to reel in a big fish. What type of carp are we suppised to destroy? The ones you often catch. Those green ones. Is that a common carp or an invasive species?
The only species of carp that is invasive and needs to be destroyed is the asian carp and grass carp. I personally have never caught one, their numbers are extremely small in Ontario.
My son and I went there today - we weren’t able to get a single bite and we tried every spot around the loop of the park. What is the secret (I.e. bait etc.)?
Hi Wade, there is no secret, but the fishing can be tough at times. They have just spawned recently and that may be a reason. Finding them is key, if you see them jumping or swimming around you’ll have a good chance at catching a few!
Thanks man! The 🚗 doesnt increase or decrease the chance of success fishing, so it will have a small part, but it does make a few more appearances in the next episode!
Thank you for the kind words! Really means alot to me as my channel is growing, but slowly! Carp fishing in Canada is not very popular, although in the last few years it has grown considerably!
@@TeamCarpFishing it’s somewhere I’ve always wanted to Carp fish, top of my list infact! When I was younger I used to read articles by Chris Tarrant as he came over to Canada for his carp fishing fix. Have you been anywhere else carp fishing?
I've fished a few European waters, mostly in Eastern Europe. Next year I am hopefully able to complete a cross country fishing trip across Europe with a good friend. 🤞
