In this video coach John Shepherd (www.johnshepher...) shows you two drills that he uses in sequence which can directly improve your sprint form and ultimately your speed and should you be a long or triple jumper ultimately your jump distance. The two drills are single leg heel recovery and bent knee foot-strike. Coach Shepherd has found that the combination of these drills seems to impact of sprint technique immediately.
