@@mesiroy1234 I don't know much about that Mannii guy, but I looked at his channel rq, looks like he at least stands up and moves around in his braindead little RU-vid shorts, more than what could be said SSSniperwolf who just sits around in her expensive chair stealing content. Not defending anyone, they're all pathetic, but I think SSSniperwolf is more pathetic like most talentless people whose entire careers are based around their looks.
Sniperwolf has realised she's invincible. From stealing videos to faking gameplay to DOXING. She's received little to no punishment. Edit: anyone who sees this should watch fog hill of five elements
RU-vid needs to be held accountable for enabling illegal acts with their platform, in the same way they need to be held accountable for literal scams in their advertisements
absolutely. i hate to bring gender into the full situation with the doxxing but lets be honest. if jacksfilms pulled up to sniperwolfs house and leaked it on his insta, he would be gone in a heartbeat. They either finally need to punish the people breaking TOS and the law on their platform or rework the system entirely. I am glad you said something about the scam ads as well. yt is cracking down on adblockers and breaking them but at the same time unmoderating google ads causing half the shit thats advertised to be complete bogus. I hate that we cant really do anything about it. we launched a crusade to harass the youtube channel in the comments till they banned sniperwolf but that didnt work. youtube knows it is too large for anyone to do anything serious to it. sorry for the yappachino lmao
Idk why youtube has to deal with this. They are a private company why are they responsible for resolving legal disputes. They should have some system where copyright must be dealt with in court. They could take reports and pass them on to an actual legal authority and then act based on that body’s decision
@@michaelcockrell6because it happens on their platform and they just allow FELONIES to just be committed WITHOUT reporting it what so ever .... Thats why.....
@@michaelcockrell6 because they're fostering an environment where illegal activity is so easy and common because of their malpractice and lack of user protection. they are equally at fault as everyone who false claims are
@@reepsiq10official nah just ignore their seeking attention that they dont get from their parents if you report them they will just make another channel its never ending cycle
The fact that One Giant Onion is even still alive and coherent and not a braindead lobotomite after watching 3 hours of SSSniperwolf's content is a spectacle in itself.
The abuse of the copyright strike system is utterly shameful and maddening. Striking channels only because they're hurting feelings is totally absurd and against the spirit of open discussion and criticism.
I feel like RU-vid should give a community guidelines strike to anybody who goes crazy on the copyright striking. So, Fluctus (military), Your NZ Family (reaction & vlogging channel), SSSniperWolf, and many others would get a community guideline strike. Those strikes to those affected channels will be taken away
they should make false strikes punishable, as in whoever false strikes the channel should pay the youtuber they struck for all loss revenue on video they striked. that would make them think twice about something so serious.
But isn't what she does fair use? What, are you people doing a 180 now and going from ripping on that DarkViperAU guy to saying "yeah people should get permission from owners of clips to react to them"
Nah, they need to keep her golden goose or else RU-vid will go Bankrupt. Literally sad that we have Simps over at youtube which are like "Ooooo, Pretty Women, me protect because she's a piece of meat than an actual women" like jeez man, shows that Humanity has gone down the drain badly.
‘Any further abuse of the copyright system will result in your own channel receiving a strike/channel termination’ would put a stop to this pretty quickly.
RU-vid needs to design a list of all their “false reasons” for a copyright strike, and display them whenever someone attempts to file a strike. If someone is found to have applied a strike for a false reason they will receive a strike instead.
@@richardgibson2158 through RU-vid yes, but anyone could use an official legal document formed outside of RU-vid targeting the content of a RU-vid video. RU-vid copyright claims are used as a vehicle to send legal threats but in a manner that usually never results in an actual court dispute. If a company misused this to the point they would lose their channel, then they would just have to settle it in actual courts. This hypothetical system I proposed wouldn’t face that issue because RU-vid cannot disavow any attempts to sue for copyrighted content outside of the RU-vid strike system.
she went from a doxxer to a copyright abuser, how she still has a channel at all surprises me. Edit: Charlie just made an update video and apparently she didn’t issue the strike and it was some random simp that did it. So she remains just a doxxer for now.
Bro, the doxxing incident made her realize that she is invincible. RU-vid already showed that they don't care what she does and will back her 100%. So, just like the doxxing incident, nothing bad will happen to her unless people make a stinker online and force them to do something. Even then, the punishment won't fit the crime. EDIT: Seems I was wrong about Ssniperwolf, and it wasn't really her that filed the strike. My apologies to her for this instance, but my point still stands.
things might change soon because of that other recent striking spree from the other dude. they made it so his acc can't even do them anymore. hopefully a chance will happen soon or at least something
There’s a lot of individuals abusing the strike system, one that I’ve just learnt about was about a talented animator with his animation “pleasant inn” and his own work getting not only copy righted and everyone else reacting to the short film getting a strike but it also getting claimed by someone else as “AI”. I know nobody will really see this but if anyone does it’s a situation also worth talking about.
Imagine lacking self awareness to such a degree, you file false takedowns on grounds of IP theft...and yet...your entire channel is nothing but IP theft. It actually boggles my mind.
i’m still unbelievably pissed that youtube decided to basically do nothing against sniperwolf when she doxxed another creator. just a slap on the wrist and “don’t do it again little missy!!” and claim that shit that happens outside the platform don’t concern them. meanwhile a channel gets 3 strikes with no human looking into the said strikes and that entire channel is dead and buried. so, crimes and abusing the striking system are okay as long as your channel is big enough!
That woman should be cancelled the moment she made a minor flash boobs on her stream . Why she's still walking ?> Why dr disrespect is done, but snipperwolf is still youtubes favorite ? ?
Well I don't mean to take sides here right but "Doxxing" is only illegal if the information you obtain is done by a form of "hacking" social engineering malware etc. now with that being said if you want to be a "creator" you likely want to be "famous" and with fame comes lack of privacy every tom dick an harry know where celebrity's live their dates of birth etc just from simple google search remember as a creator you're the one who wanted fame.
ya but i mean even he cant say it wasnt justified based on the content. so hes trying a different tactic, saying hes a toddler infant and you cant strike him because hes too young! maybe if hes too young to be held accountable for his actions hes too young to be on social media................ or maybe if he has a REAL argument to why his content shouldnt have been copyright striked then he should say that instead of crying about "im just a little kid!!!"
@@itchiegamesits not her content either thats the main point its not justified cuz sniperwolf dosent own the content either she reacts to random tiktoks without permission from the creators
@@LazoGTEveryone has a go at her for stealing content though, but then defend him? I bet he didn't provide a link to the original videos that she used in that entire 3 hour video, so he's technically stealing them as well.
@@mikegreenwalt7777 Be cool if people that wanna actually battle corruption wouldn't be the biggest pussies on planet earth. He COULD'VE done something, stopped all of her shenanigans, but "ooh fans have my adwess so scawy, i won't legally press her for breaking a LOT of laws because her fans". It's the same shit in the music and hollywood industry, people CAN always end this shit, but get too scared because of...nothing.
yeah, I advocate for both fairer copyright claims (the claims only affect a portion of your bottom-line equal to the claimed part's length) and counter-strikes for false-flagging (and false-reporting), and all should be enforced by a human mod
This could backfire in cases of genuine strikes, but when a CC goes on a strike spree like these then yes, get them out or disable their ability to strike content overall. Any strike requests from CCs that abuse the system should be instantly declined and ignored, that’s what happens when you cry wolf too many times.
@@Bfkcjscbsnjc I would argue his work is transformative, as he provides his take on the topic that he is covering and discusses the topic thoroughly and gives his reasoning on it. That takes up about 80 to 90% of his videos. The other 10 to 20% goes towards videos or other pieces of evidence/media he uses to either justify his reasoning or provide more context. Not everyone on RU-vid makes videos on their talent. Many strive to inform people of drama or news and give them a summary. Many other channels are reaction channels that react to content they enjoy. And then there are the few channels that steal other people’s content without crediting the original creator and such. And to counter your point that RU-vid success isn’t “luck based”, there are many talented people who do find success as a RU-vidr. What Charlie means is that even if you do have genuine talent that you showcase on RU-vid, finding success on the platform is entirely dependent on whether you are able to increase the chance of the algorithm by feeding out your videos more, people who watch your videos watch them in their entirety, people who watch your videos subscribe to you and like your videos and engage with your channel more. The amount of uncontrollable variables RU-vid success depends on stacks up against a RU-vidr’s talent, but that does not mean a talented person can’t become a successful RU-vidr either
That would take money, and we all know RU-vid doesn't have any of that to spare for such silly things like keeping youtubers safe from fraudulent claims.
6:50 it boils down to understaning how youtube ('s algorithm) works. everybody can easily do a channel who makes 2-10k a month by just copying what already works on youtube.
lets all remember the fact she also doxxed a youtuber (jackfilms) and has two arrests for armed robbery and disorderly conduct. she's a horrible person in general and shouldn't have a space on youtube at all
Just report her, if she gets enough reports youtubes algorithm will automatically remove her if I remember. Also if you tell RU-vid you will never buy RU-vid premium until her removal
In her old videos she was energetic and happy these days she is changed by money and greed, its like all for money now and not the happiness of people.
Disorderly conduct is small potatoes compared to everything else, but yeah, also she acts like such an entitled princess on this platform yet she a grown ass woman
i know I have reported so many of these accounts and I feel sick bro the bots are talking about cp and kids that are like 5-6 years old and its disgusting.
@@LocalPickles their report system is prolly run by bots (shocking). If you copy and paste what the bots said it comes out as gibberish, so yeah the report bot prolly can't see what's the problem.
There is some deep socialogical lesson to be had from the fact that there is reaction content to reaction content. No idea what the lesson is, but it's there
Sniperwolf needs to be stopped. I feel so bad for everyone who got their content stolen and for onion’s channel being copyright strike and Jack being doxxed. She’s a criminal but RU-vid doesn’t seem to acknowledge her crimes that she committed. It’s just disgusting.
I'm sorry but I can't STAND SSSniperwolf. It's obvious RU-vid is artificially pushing her content: go on incognito mode, you'll be almost guaranteed to see some video on the home page of hers. I'm assuming this isn't about money with her as she's making boatloads of it, but more feelings hurt. Unreal, but glad the community is exposing this.... not all heroes wear capes.
its so obvious that you ran with info that wasnt right. maybe you just dont like the stranger on the internet? what did she do to you bro? can you ever get over it?!?
Here's my suggestion on how to fix the RU-vid copyright system: You can make a Copyright Claim, but if the claim is found to be fraudulent then YOU get that copyright strike instead on your own channel. I bet a lot less people would start doing this.
i guess there's some youtube liability if the content that was copyright claimed is kept online while a legal procedure goes on and then is decided that it was a reasonable copyright claim.
The thing is you can claim and copyright the videos even if you don't have a channel that's why corporations are able to give copyright strikes to me ur idea doesn't make sense cuz genuine corporations will lose revenue
Fun fact. People have been roasting her in the comment section of her most recent video, and she has now paused her comments, meaning no one can comment, like other other comments or reply anymore. Apparently, she can't take the heat.
This is a video of somebody reacting to a video of somebody talking about a RU-vid reaction channel that copywriter struck their youtube video because they watched the RU-vid reaction channels videos which are of the Reactor watching tiktoks or other RU-vid videos. The disconnect is crazy
this doesn't happen because most of the time strikers give YT money or is very influential (I mean if this is applied retroactively then Nintendo will be banned off this platform, and that removes the potential ability of having YT on switch), same for why copy-claims in this platform are so one-sided towards the claimant, and that's why they have done nothing to stop copyright trolls despite them being a legitimate issue that plagues this website.
Well that normally would condemn them to death, destroying someones career simply cuz you dont like what they have done is a very cruel and harsh punishment, there are people who have done far worse...... Lets use one example here, hulk hogan still being inducted into the hall of fame AFTER being outed as a proven racist lmfao, its like people arent allowed to make mistakes anymore or fuck up what so ever....... If anyone makes any mistake what so ever theyre just condemned to death aka cancellation.......
Speaking of comment sections. SSSniperWolf has now put a pause on comments in her most recent video, because people have been roasting her nonstop. Meaning you can't comment, reply or like other comments anymore. What a coward.
I never liked her but this just proves that you need to do better research before calling someone out. Don't make a video claiming something without proper info.
I think a simple fix to people abusing the system should be if your strike is found to be false or lacking sufficient evidence then it will be counted against your own channel. But this could also come with its own challenges and then not make the system work at all.
Yea, 2 false strikes against someone else and you get a strike against yourself (and also maybe your future takedown requests are not taken as seriously and are manually reviewed)
With all the money at stake it should just be taken out of RU-vid's hands. Have a credit bureau type reviewing system called the Copyright & License Bureau. They can track false and malicious claims and the claimant's history. Then they can also assign who rightly is owed the rates earned during the dispute or earlier.
@@tianna1116 Do you pay for credit bureaus? I'm sure they could find a way to fund it whether it's just a fee. RU-vid would probably be happy to pay the fee if they could offload the administration of what they don't have the expertise to administer. RU-vid also doesn't have much power for real copyright enforcement. That's why there's so much ineffectual battling going on and fraud allowed to slip through the system.
Speaking of RU-vid's infrastructure going to shit, the number of UTTP bots commenting child abuse buzzwords on your channel is obscene. It's insane that virtually none of them have been banned after so many reports.
the bots on this video literally have content and clicking downloads it, some people wanted to report a server but it's a discord download. How tf are these bots still up?? RU-vid bot moderation is the worst I've ever seen
I literally found another uttp user that had literal links to child pornography. I am not joking. I didn’t click the link for obvious reasons, but Jesus Christ. RU-vid needs to do something against these, like a lifetime IP ban.
Simple Solution: For every false copyright strike you try to issue you receive a strike! No court required quite simply if someone like this tries to abuse the system and Strike up to 3 smaller channels, their own channel will be deleted.
RU-vid definitely needs to start cracking down on copyright abuse, especially from big-name RU-vidrs you wouldn't expect it from. This situation with strikes is seriously hurting new talent and smaller channels, it's unacceptable.
No, they just need the money that she makes from her 5 year fans. She's their cash cow, their golden goose. Just like the Jack films drama, she will face no consequences. (I believe youtube made Jackfilms apologize to her)
You know the game company Supercell, the one that made Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, Brawl Stars... THEY are now striking other RU-vidrs that said some things aginst p2w updates in their games, RU-vid really needs to rework their system
That's no way Supercell finally pulling a full Nintendo on this. Striking anyone who gave a suggestion for them to get better, that's absolutely like a typical Nintendo move
