As a retail employee, my first instinct is to walk well away from yelling customers and pretend that I don’t see them. I’m afraid I’m not paid enough to settle their disputes… Or look at pictures of their buttholes.

The Guy was working at 7/11 on El Cajon Blvd and 35th in San Diego. I spotted him a few days after Birdman posted this. I took a picture of him and had it as my pfp for awhile. This was in La Mesa, which is part of San Diego. I put it on BLAST linking to the video on their Google Reviews because that 7/11 is 4 blocks down the street from a Middle School. Never saw him working there again after that.

The camera guy is the equivalent of a 1 intelligence fallout 1 character build. How he managed to get the predator arrested is an enigma to everyone, even to the person playing as him.
all of this could've been avoided by giving the evidence to the police before hand and informing the store manager about the situation. sadly he was more interested in getting his 5 minutes of fame than actually getting this person put behind bars
The evidence wouldn't have done much, it's common that the evidence doesn't hold up in court when people try to do vigilante stuff like this. A lot of the people on to catch a predator didn't actually face any consequences besides appearing on TV because it taints the evidence and case.
He explains it in his newer videos, but PVP couldn't get any arrests in San Diego because the DA wouldn't allow cops to arrest them. He has since moved to orange county and has over 20 arrests and works more closely with the police.

It was a DUI even if they threw the book at him which is unlikely unless he has several he would spend 6 months max locked up. It's a misdemeanor in pretty much every state unless you hurt or kill somebody. The damage wasn't worth it and he only kept up the charade for views and money instead of doing the responsible thing.
The camera man was more focused on getting content then actually being responsible and calling the cops, the way he gets mad at the employees for doing their jobs is just baffling

If a customer is being harassed inside your store, it is a reasonable expectation for an employee, almost always management or an employee comfortable enough with the necessary training, to step in and try to diffuse the situation or at least step in to prevent a customer from being harassed by another customer or employee. Should the police have been called? This depends. You don't call the police for every unruly customer, only for the ones who are not complying with the stores demands. At that point, management should always step in and keep everyone away from the antagonizer and ensure the police are called, whether it's themselves or another employee who actually calls. So yea, the store employee did right by the customer whom he thought was being harassed and stepped in to try and diffuse the situation.
