Hello from California- Thank you! I love your instructional style and pace. I found that I could follow nearly all of the video with my eyes closed or without needing to look at the screen. I really enjoyed the pace of the poses. You also used some transitions between poses I hadn’t seen before. Also appreciated that your practice wasn’t geared toward getting into advanced poses. I have done this practice before & loved it. Today I came back to it and it was the best thing I could have done for my body and mind! Due to some unavoidable circumstances I was unable to practice my yoga for about 2 weeks. My body and breathe were a wreck. As an incomplete quadriplegic, C3-7, if I don't work my body every day, it doesn't work well at all. I can't stand or walk but can accomplish many poses in a modified manner. Thank you so very much for helping me come back to at least some semblance of peaceful balance today!

This is the best online yoga class I've done ❤ Really love your 60-minute+ flows, please can we have more! So grateful for your strong and focussed classes while we are in lockdown here in South Africa. Daily yoga is keeping me sane - as we're not allowed even to go for a jog, let alone a yoga class, for more than 4 weeks now and counting. Thank you ❤🙏

I’ve definitely become a fan of your videos. This is the longest one I’ve done and I found it very challenging and hard but still really enjoyed doing it. I find it impossible to stand straight and hold my leg out in front; I guess it’s ok not to be able to manage all poses. Do you recommend any other longer ones? Thanks Paula for helping me achieve some flexibility in my life 😊

Good on you, sounds like you did great! That standing balance with leg extended is super tricky and takes time - keep the knee slightly bent or you could use a yoga strap which is a great prop. Hi, I am from India I just want to ask you that is yoga help to reduce weight please tell me because I want to do yoga but one of my friend is saying is that if I want to reduce weight then I have to do strength training

If you are able to practice longer vinyasa flow practices (60-75min) on a regular basis (4-5 times p/w) this would have a significant impact on many different aspects of your life, including your physical body. Doing specific strength training can be useful as we get older so it really does depend. I hope this helps a little! :)
