you should have done a video showing the action of lifting the weight and breathing.... do i hold my breath or breathe in and out as I move the weights up and doing??
i have a question about the rib/pelvis stacking. how do you fix the rib/pelvis from interconnecting to each other?' At times very painful like interlocking your fingers & having to pry apart making a popping sound. how would you stack the 2 to fix this? Thank you.
