As some viewers will be aware, Chesterfield depot is home to the only batch of Voith E400MMCs that have been remapped for better performance, in this case for the hills of the X17. Other random examples do exist like 10664 at Worksop.
11124 is seen here making an appearance on the 54a to Clay Cross, a much easier route than its allocated one, but still good enough to show what these are capable of.
