I actually found your channel looking for modest standing ab workouts that I can do while pregnant. I love the sweet dynamic between you and your mom and found all these exercises to be the perfect balance of challenge but not too much straining for my 4 month belly. Thanks!

I hadn't addressed this routine until now and I'm so glad I decided to do it. today. I needed to wake up!!! I found this standing ab/core exercise challenging because I wasn't used to keeping my abs tight throughout the wide ranging upper body moves while standing. I have no problem with my abs but this one truly tested me, and I feel I did very well and do feel the aftermath of the workout: the center of my body is tingling and talking to me! Very very imaginative and most effective routine--one I will return to! Wonderful and thank you both!...Anastasia

Definitely for every age, even young adults like me. You and Aiko are so sweet and such a joy to watch. I used to have a decent tolerance for cardio, but various health and life events disrupted that. Strength exercises have always been a hurdle for me too. It's so easy to fall into a wave of discouragement when I cannot do what most consider to be "easy" exercises for people my age. These gentle movements help ease me into a state of movement again, without pain or judgement. Thank you :D

This was today's new workout for me, and I found it to be a very good way to ease into a longer workout that included several shorter old favorites, both strength and cardio. Though focused on the core, it also tested my balance, and I felt it in my shoulders and my thighs too (in different exercises).

Hi its me again, this video I now do every afternoon , I have to take it slowly and with some hold a chair. so even if you have rheumatoid arthritis one can still do this, with in ones limits. so many thanks again

Hi there! Glad you like it! Thank you so much for pointing out considerations for our friends with osteopororsis. First , please check with your doctor on the best exercises for you. With that said, movements that involve bending or twisting at the waist should be approached with caution or avoided. With this workout, the side bend and cat cow can be avoided. The twist can be taken out of the Knee Up with Twist. A core move that is great for everyone including those with osteoporosis is the plank. Just found you today! About to turn 70 so started a twice weekly yoga class but was looking for something to do over the weekends. This is perfect. You and your mom remind me of myself and my daughters when we get a chance to exercise together. They live 1000 miles away so it's not often now. Love, love love you both! Aiko ...... when doing the diagonal reach exercise, pretend you are grabbing a couple of hot dogs from the hot dog man......makes the exercise more fun and exciting. 🌭🌭🌭 ....... . personally, I pretend I am grabbing pizza slices.......🍕🍕🍕

I've been walking outside this summer (it's August now) but have been neglecting strength training. I knew you & Aiko would have something for me! I loved this workout. The rainbow arms felt great and I could really feel the burn with the rowing. Great deep breathing along with stretching and strengthening. I'll come back to this one for sure. Thanks, April & Aiko!

Just finished a10 minute Tabata workout and a 10 minute standing ab workout after cooking for hours waiting for my family to come visit from out of town. It doesn't sound like much but it really loosened me up. I was getting really stiff and thought of your workouts. I had to convince myself to do them but glad I did. Thank you April and Aiko! I missed Mochi in these exercises.

This is my favourite core exercise. I am trying to find my waist again. I am working hard following your exercises. Since I have very limited energy I break this video into two parts. It takes me two days to complete the 15 minutes. I have replayed this video for two weeks now and plan on doing it for three more months. Hopefully I will find my waist. Thank you! I greatly enjoy this video.

Hi. I'm Dr. Gowri and've been following your exercises. They're helping me a lot. 80% of the body pains've come down. Still left shoulder pain and right hip radiating pain to the toe is still there. I'm so glad that there are standing and seated abs workouts now. For years, I searched for them but they simply weren't available. Even physical therapists didn't offer them. It's not possible for me to do floor exercises due to a medical issue. Thank you for these excellent exercises.

Love this video! I did this one and your 25 minutes walking video today. It has been a week since I exercise. Need to get back doing it since I gained weight not happy about that, but all the blood work was great! On my diet again!
