This 8-minute standing strech routine will help to loosen the muscles in your butt, legs, back, shoulders and arm. It can be done anywhere and is great for any time of day. All levels are welcome to participate but this is great if you are a beginner.
Always listen to your body. Only go as deep into a posture as feels comfortable for you. Thanks for being here with me and enjoy!
