Vader had adopted the brats and recruited the witches, even in The Battle of Dathomir, we see witches do their thing and a lot of them in old lore used men as toys and just get magically pregnant, some of them are black others yellow or ashlike skin. I wrote and directed a primary school play. It was called Star Wars: The Galactic Threat. I managed to include OG characters, prequel and sequel characters. I managed this by having the black hole at the centre of the SW galaxy pulsate gravitational waves (carrying the prequel and sequel characters to the time of the play - just after the BBY). I had model space battles, original music and FX, lore references, SW dad jokes and puns, and a freaking awesome lightsabre battle. If I learn how to merge the two files and put it on YT, I'll do it.

So in the clone wars cartoon they actually did introduce the Nightsisters. They use the Force in a different way than the Jedi or the Sith and don’t like either of them. Both Darth Maul and Ventress are from the original Nightsisters species but were eventually trained as Sith. But like the Jedi, Sith, and Mandalorians, any species can adopt their culture, and humans in the SW Galaxy have basically found a home everywhere.
