One day, Shack will eventually get the carrack right. Could it deal with fighters? Kinda, not very well with standard armament. Was that it’s main purpose? No. There was an anti fighter variant, but it’s primary purpose was to take on other frigates with its turbo lasers and ion cannons. The Lancer frigate is the designated Imperial anti-fighter ship that was outfitted only with anti-fighter/ordinance weapons

V-wing was from the first Rogue Squadron, first flown in the final mission (not counting the unlockable bonus missions)on Mon Calamari against the World Devastators, then subsequently allowed to be used on any mission that didn't force specific ships (Snowspeeder for Tow cable or Y wing for Ion cannons) and quite frankly made those missions a cakewalk Speaking of Rouge Squadron, Shack should definitely try to pick up a cheap Gamecube for Rogue Squadrons 2 and 3 (3 comes with a co-op version of 2 on the disc) and maybe pick up the Clone Wars game too

That quad jumper I could see a team of two rebel operatives using it for covert operations. For example one staying in orbit to provide emergency evic and birds eye view information depending how good sensors and scopes are on it.

Looking forward to it can't wait to see what Shackanigans you get into. XD

The Quadjumper is from TFA, that was the ship Rey and Finn were running toward near the begining.

Technically it's not the largest like the thumbnail says. Star Wars Reborn has more, but is generally a worse mod. SWLU is the absolute *best* star wars mod for X3. Quadjumper is a tug ship, xenon had a lot of testing being done to find a good balance for it.

I'm a simple Naval officer; Just show me a TIE - Defender and I'm already sold on this mod!

X3 is one of those games that on paper is like my absolute dream game, but I'm never able to really get into it. The problem is that it's just such a massive time sink and much of that time is just super tedious.

Not sure if it's the rig he's running it on but laser fire effect seems a lot slower than in previous versions of the mod. Are they doing the sequel take on turbolaser and laser fire making it travel slower to the eye?

I watch the twitch streams for XCOM and I would really like you to do a series like that again because that way I can watch it multiple times

Hey shack once you restart this can you not sell any ship you capture it would be awesome to just see a huge squadron of your Xwing with dozens of captured Ties flying around you

The mod author should probably take another look at those Resistance bombers, because outside of that one incident in the movie those things are pretty durable.

Man, X3 is game I want to play so badly, but is so confusing and so slow to start. It's a game I want to love but is way too difficult to learn for me, and way too boring at the start.
