7:06 I remember from skating that brand new ball barrings would also spin short like that. They would roll awesome though! Dry possibly worn out barrings would spin more like the second turbo, spinning much longer. Is there a turbo too big for you guys 😂 Seems so big! Can't wait to see what you guys can do with it!
Hi Matt, could You show how to take off pistons from connecting rods in 4efe. How to do that without damages pistons ? What is The best way to do that ?
I'd like to turbo my 93 paseo 5efe, nothing crazy but would like to pick up another 20 hp. Curious about ecm requirements. Any idea what kind of performance improvement I would get from headers alone, looking at some obx bolt on. Hope you don't mind me picking you brain. Thanks!
Great question! Because it originally was an n/a 4efe engine, not a 4efte... but now it has the forged internals. The internals from a 4efe and 4efte aren't the same :) Many people believe you need the real 4efte engine to make any decent power, and here is our 4efe still in one peice making 300 hp
@@MattBerrymotorsport vs the maxspeeding GT35 and GT30, it will deffo spool faster. We have those turbos here and they are strange. the 30 has a .82 housing and the 35 has a .63.. Funny thing is the maxspeeding gt2871 has the same frame as the 35 so the rear wheel and housing bolts on. (id imagine that would just surge but its interesting) Also I am Curious why you guys went with the G30 -660 over the G25-660?
Its actually a G30 770. the reason we went so big is we can use it on a few different cars to test its true capabilities... but trying it on such a small engine will a great test too
