It just astounds me that so many people think they can commit murder. Often of their partners or ex's where kids are involved. Of course we see this mostly happening in the US but that's what the news feeds are showing us. It's been around for quite some years afaik. I'm not in USA but you upload all your documents and bank statements etc now. In majority of cases of higher loans though, the bank does call you as well. However I do agree with you that everything going fully digital makes scammers job easier unfortunately. Sux they're trying to get rid of using cash nowadays too, removing ATMs or removing the withdraw cash option. I say this as it goes both ways, as myself and friends have had our accounts suspended due to 'suspicious' transactions, when there was nothing suspect about it lol Just a headache to deal with.

The State gave a fantastic closing. Watching the defendant shaking her head so often, she knew they had everything tied up in a perfect package with a bow on top for the jury. It’s got to be alarming, to be so sure you planned and executed the “perfect crime” only to have it all aired as if she was on film for the entire thing. Excellent work from all involved to help catch and put away this nasty, greedy killer.

And organized and logical closing argument. Fantastic job. The depths that this defendant went through to steal What was not hers and ultimately murder a person who was nothing but kind to her. Instead of working to earn money and live life, she felt the need to be lazy and steal from others. I hope they eventually go after her friend too.

Pointless when people forge signatures. Many cases of forged life insurance documents where the person is actually murdered without any knowledge of existing life insurance policies made by spouse. Evil is evil they find a way to take you out.

This closing argument was excellent! Organized, persuasive and the prosecutor repeating her theme really stood out as so continued to argue. The Defendant shaking her head, and faces she made, among other things, wasn’t helpful for her though, yikes. We can control what our clients do to a certain extent but I just think it’s important to advise them that they are on display and to act accordingly. 🤦🏽‍♀️

That's what really sealed it for me she had a ton of medication at her home some crushed up sprinkled on her but no fatel levels in her blood. No visine found at the scene but fatel levels in her blood. Then the way she did with the money. Why do people still think they can get away with things like this? The way she spent Lynn's money prior to and after her death, Jessy should've just wrote I am a murderer on her forehead.

According to the Behavioral Panel’ the 4 guys that break down ppl’s body language, and they often talk about blink rate, and watching ppl’s breathing pattern by seeing their chest rise and fall through the shirt or whatever their wearing . And yes.. it’s a clear indicator that they’re lying! Such as Jessy did!

I heard a little about this case but Not details. It's almost like she was jealous of her friend. Lynn was very attractive and seemed to have friend's and involved in thing's and life. Yes, a plethora of medications were strewn about the crime scene with the notable absence of the eye drops nowhere to be found. In her guilt, she over killed it & totally removed any presence of them.
