States and Singing Faces issue 1023 

This video displays a current issue that is currently happening in Xlights - where a state effect may not be showing accurately when used within singing faces.
In this video I show the issue and 2 ways to work around the issue. For our props we will be implementing one of the workarounds by selecting a color just off white.
