300-350g of shishito peppers, 3T of potato starch, 3T of flour, 50g of Garlic shoot, 1T salt

Soy sauce 2T(heavy soy sauce:양조간장:yangjoganjang), tuna fish sauce or soy sauce for Korean style soup 1T(is gugganjang '국간장' much heavier than yangjoganjang'양조간장'), red pepper 3, fine red pepper flakes 1T, sugar 1t,
corn syrup 2T, minced garlic 1T, sesame oil 1T, sesame 1T
[Directions]
1. Mix potato starch and flour, then add shishito peppers and garlic shoot to the starch dressing.
2. Put in the steamer.
3. Mix a sauce with steamed shishito peppers.
