Steamed Vegetable Buns 沙葛菜包
不用发面,揉好直接包,柔软蓬松,不塌陷。
Ingredients 材料:
Pau flour 500g 包粉
Instant dry yeast 5g 速溶酵母
Warm water 225g (230ml) 温水
Sugar 50g 糖
Pork Lard/ vegetable oil 40g 猪油/蔬菜油
Vegetable Filling 沙葛馅料:
Yam bean 600g (strips) 沙葛
Carrots 50g 胡萝卜
Dried shrimp 30g 虾米
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp 一汤匙蚝油
Lights Soy sauce 3 tsp 三茶匙生抽
Soaked dried shrimp water 1/2 cup 半杯浸虾米水
Dash of white pepper 胡椒粉少许
Half tsp Sesame oil 半茶匙蔴油
