In 2016 the ARTEFFECTS team visited the High Desert Steam Con to learn all about Steampunk, and art and culture that incorporates technology and designs inspired by 19th-century industrial steam-powered machinery. The Steampunk movement started in the 80s as a way for people to combine their love for history and the infinite possibilities of fantasy.
