Connor told Sanders he was looking forward to Bell coming back. And looking forward to playing as a duo. As a Steelers fan I hope that happens. It would be a nearly unstoppable set of Backs.

A great story and a great young man. I just hope he stays humble and never loses the love of the game. He seems to know even though Football is a business, that you can't lose sight of how you grew up with the dream to play pro ball and just stay away from the dark side of the business. Stay clean, stay away from bad things off the field and you should, "if you don't get hurt", have a great career at Pittsburg. Good luck to him and may God keep him in his good graces .

Ok exactly what Conner has went through and I will say it takes a lot for someone to go through chemo then leave straight to practice I was diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma April 2017 chemotherapy brought me down had no energy, just wanted to go home and sleep. And for him to go straight to practice shows how strong he really is. He is a great player love his style of play, I have his jersey and one day I will get it signed!

Everyone in Pittsburgh thought Conner would be really good. It’s the outsiders who doubted him. Even when he did good they never gave him credit. I liked bell, but with that contract he wants and Conner turning into a great back, no need to even bring him back

d m again. People who don’t watch Steelers every week have no idea how good Conner has looked. Half of the games they barely ran the ball because their defense got them in a hole quick. So they were basically in a passing shootout all game. When the defense does it’s job and they get a chance to run, he looks very good.

James Conner is truly a fine young man. His story is inspiring & Steelers were wise to draft him. Also, Mike Tomlin was the only head coach at Le’Veon Bell’s pro day at Michigan State & got a steal drafting Bell in the second round. Coach Tomlin doesn’t get enough credit for evaluating RBs. Tomlin predicted Trent Richardson would be a bust & should get credit for seeing the potential in both Bell & Conner. The Steelers have only 3 coaches in my lifetime & that stability has greatly benefitted the team & the fans even if the Steelers can’t beat the Patriots😂
