I read that there were other serious issues in those mails. Here is one from the InsideHook article: "Gruden exchanged emails with Bruce Allen, the former president of the Washington Football Team, and other men that included topless photos of women in only bikini bottoms, including one photo of two Washington team cheerleaders." Had they used private/personal email accounts these messages would have never seen the light of day, as is their right, yet Gruden had the audacity to write all of these things on an account that was not private, which is how they were pulled/investigated and subsequently leaked.
