He was asked about learning martial arts since he started doing Arrow, but he was honest and said the only thing he learned was movie fighting (no real contact).
I ALREADY LOVED THE SHOW BUT NOW I LOVE IT EVEN MORE SEEING THESE WORKOUTS!!!!!!!!!! THIS AIN'T NO EASY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR REAL!!!!!!!!!!!! NUFF RESPECT TO THE ARROW!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm in a weight lifting class at my school, and I exercise and do pull ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, all other stuff. I already have Muscles in my arms from weight lifting.
I've seen him doing parkour stuff and it's pretty impressive. That beeing said, his form in some of the more conventional exercises is not very good, and he also keeps cuting range of motion in almost every exercise. His trainer should correct those kind of beginer mistakes.
matriaxpunk not in ever exercise… also i dont think his trainer cares much since one the filming is on his "resting" phase, cuz when me and my friend talk im half assing the exercises because ww already had main event… plus hes stephen amell the arrow… he cant be as jacked as dig since his shape and work basically need him in the lean parkour style body (Athletic/lean), dig (david) probably cant do half of the parkour stuff stephen does only because of his size and musclr mass… big muscles need more blood. But still he does half ass some but, given that hes probably tired… give him a pass lmao 😂i bet i cant do half of these… i know i can't
Not to hate, but I think he does toooo many core moves that do very little for him. His trainer seems to be more creative than effective. This guy does pull-ups basically in every workout and he's not that good at them for someone who trains so much. 6 muscle ups is his max? And he barely does 10 pull-ups not to mention he does kipping in all of them. IMO he should incorporate a little bit of more strength training or at least add weights to calisthenic exercises.
He is not really that strong, if he was he wouldn't be Kipping on all his Pull-Ups. And that's why he chicken wings his muscle ups. Not really his fault though, his trainer should be offering him different progressions. And what he calls ice cream makers are not even close the real ice cream makers. What he does is Step 2 of a six or seven step progression towards real ice cream makers. Those take years of dedication, he is being misled.
Stephen Hart he doesn't need strength considering what he does and enjoys doing, he needs to look buff for acting and he does parkour and stuff like that so honestly in terms of strength he doesnt really need it he just needs to look good as an actor
