I love the Mac Mini, and we still have a few of them scattered around the house. You know why? These damn things last forever! Yes the 2014 was the last one sold and so what? It still does what we need a family computer to do!
Yo tengo el Mac Mini 2.1 Core2Duo 1.83 GHz con 3 GB de RAM y Windows 10 😅 es realmente silencioso y bonito. He seguido varios tutoriales para crear USB de instalación de Mac OS X Lion, pero no ha funcionado (reconoce el USB pero después una señal de prohibido). Con Windows me ha sido más fácil, incluso podría instalar Windows XP o 7, más fácil que en un PC de cualquier otra marca ya que Boot Camp instala controladores automáticamente.
Apple was a very different company back when it cared about making good-value computers. Just look at the Mac mini now, not updated since 2014, the neglect is disgusting.
@M R It's great they refreshed it, but $799 for an i3, this still looks like neglect to me... Remember when the $799 Mac mini had comparable CPU performance to the base 15" MacBook Pro?
***** if it has a new cpu surely that's an upgrade? And btw, the idea that your processor becomes obsolete in 6 months is ridiculous. Maybe in the 90s, but if you have a core i7 you're not gonna need to replace it in even 12 months time
