Looks good, but i'm not a fan of double patties, especially when they're that thick. I tried it once, it ended up tasting more like a meatloaf than a burger.

I reckon people need to start eating more game meat anyway, far too many deer in the British countryside causing all kinds of damages, and they're all around us, so why not start eating them, take it easy on the beef production, reducing the carbon footprint while fixing a pretty big problem which deer present, one such is road traffic accidents. Just my two cents

Bon Jovi Well it obviously depends on where you go. In the UK, you could go to a pub chain like Weatherspoons and buy a burger like that with fries and coleslaw for £6. If you went to a smart, restaurant you could look to spend anywhere from £10 - £15 I reckon (still with fries and coleslaw included). Actually, as it is a double burger, a fancy restaurant would charge you quite a bit more for your meal and you could be faced with a bill of over £15 on some occasions.

Ok i couldnt find venison sausages but i got some fresh venison cuts from my local butcher, however i couldnt find stilton at all, im not from the UK, so ill have to settle with gorgonzola, will be making this tonight, really keen already and its 12am hehe

I've watched murrican cooking shows where they do the same. I've been served a burgers that size before and bigger. Its impossible to eat unless you're a champion porn star who can unhinged their jaw like a fucking python. The best thing to do, is eat it with a knife and fork, Cut it up into sizable pieces as you eat, make sure to include one piece of meat, veg, seasoning and sauce included in the mix and get a taste of everything on your plate. Treat the meal with respect and include all the flavours in one taste than in one massive bite. I mean you can do it the old fashioned way and just take one massive bite and then spread everything everywhere on your plate like a fucking shotgun blast of sauce and veg, but hey if thats what you like then roll with it.

Should've added pork or some fat to the patties (venison lean as hell), it's probably dry, should've put onion or something else on instead of potato, it's probably still good though.

I'd say that'd go for around €10-12 for the sandwich alone and €15-23 if it had sides with it in a restaurant. Looks so bomb tho wouldn't mind paying for that

Wel done sir! I'm lucky here in Wyoming USA we kill our own Deer, Pronghorn , Elk, Moose and Bighorn Sheep and when possible process them ourselves. Yes we are spoiled. Deer, Pronghorn and Elk you can usually get every year Moose and Bighorn are pretty much once in a lifetime. Bighorn is my favorite meat. All natural and low fat protein. For the haters what have you personally done for conservation if you actually understand the concept.

I'd expect to pay around $12 - $16 U.S. for that. I'd easily pay $10 for a single patty burger. What if you spread the cheese on the top bun if it was a single patty burger?
