Ingredients for approximately 4-5 pax:
Stir Fried Nyonya Yellow Noodles:
• 100ml cooking oil
• 3 tbsp Minced/chopped garlic (10-12 cloves of garlic)
• 2 tbsp Bean paste
• 300 gm Medium size prawns (cleaned & shelled)
• 550 ml Water
• 1 ½ tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
• 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
• ½ tsp Salt
• 250 gm Bean sprouts
• 250 gm Green Chinese Mustard (choy sum)
• 500 gm Yellow Noodles (rinse then drained in colander)
Nyonya Rojak ( Nyonya Salad):
• 2 ½ tbsp. Sambal Belacan (chili shrimp paste)
• 3-4 tbsp Sugar
• ¼ tsp Salt
• 3 tbsp Dried prawns ( toasted & grounded)
• 1 Medium size half ripe pineapple (removes skin & cores then cut into small cubes)
• 250 gm Japanese/local cucumber (cut into half, removed seeds then cut into small cubes)
