Do you have IG? I'm curious how long she lasts. I have a very similar set up. Stock bottom end b18b, built head, 12lbs of boost on e85 and a street tune.. haven't had the car on a Dyno yet so no clue what its making.
Honda motors are very hit or miss when it comes to these Hail Mary setups. Some people have pushed 500hp on stock GSRs, others will lift the head at 300hp on a stock LS like I did lol
if you want to make over 260, you HAVE to do arp head studs. that's really the only hard rule. other than that, follow. humble performance's b series build guide for basically guarenteed power levels, obviously you can push it past what the recommend but it's best to play it save

These build fail because most fail to increase ring gap. If you increase ring gap, never let the tune go out and don't get greedy with timing it can last for years. However if you didn't increase ring gap it will detonate in no time
