I have Spydercos, ZTs, Benchmades, Kershaws, etc., but I still like to buy the Chinese brand knives that you carry because they're such good knives for the money. I'm glad you got the blackwashed SRM7010s because the old 710 is one of my favorites, but this model is way cooler.

I bought a stock Enlan EL-02 (the version with polished micarta & satin finished blade & skeletonized liners)...BEFORE I stumbled upon your site. In any event, that knife could be wonderful with upgrade washers and the coating treatment to the AXIS lock finger tips. I ended up gently filing away the sharp AXIS tips so as not to shred my fingers. One thing I have noticed. The AXIS lock rod on my Enlan EL-02 does not move fully forward in the lock position, while my LLG modified Ganzo 712 does. From pics, it seems that Ganzo's lock fully forward...every Enlan pic I've seen does not. Is this simply a design difference? It's not a safety issue IMO...the EL02 lock is sturdy and mine doesn't give way when hit on the spine. Aside from these points, I was exceptionally surprised at the fit/finish of this EL-02 model. With your brand of customization, I think it could be a winner. Another interesting design...the Ganzo G720. IMHO.

How similar is the finish on the 7010 to a Kershaw blackwash? Also what are the upgrades to the second gen SRM 763? PS thanks for all of the vids.
