Aaawww! Laura!!! That was so nice of you by giving your extra water bottles to those lovely ladies. We ain’t family, but I’m proud of you. If you were another kind of a person, you just passed by them and kept on walking.
Those ladies were incredible! Reminds me of myself and my friends. So glad you're having fun and don't write people off just because they are older than you. I miss Puerto Rico so much every time I watch your videos. I'd send you something from San Antonio, but I don't know what we have that you might want, except decaf coffee from Starbuck's! My youngest daughter was here the other night, looking at my old pictures and ran across my old address from Ponce - 16 Calle Marina, Apt. 11-D. My room was the small one in the middle. My window looked out over a little park with an amphitheater. When they would have events over there, I would open my window and listen and watch. But that was back in the 1960's-70's. I don't know if that park is still there.
If I’m lucky enough to live as long a life as these two women, I hope I am just as happy as they are. I wouldn’t say this is your best video, but definitely one of the most inspirational ones.
Loved this video ! What a interesting fort and spectacular view and sunset.I was laughing so much at the conversation and stories that was being told ! I hope you do another video with the hurricane grandmas in the future. You we’re so sweet with them and they with you waiting on you patiently to leave together.🥰

2:53 haha, you park so far from the curb, Laura! Your drive up to the Fort reminds me of the drive around the cliffs of Cape Town, in South Africa from wense I yale!!! Such a fun vlog. Love watching from New Zealand.
I was on a conference call - no way!! I’m so sad that I missed meeting you! But I did end up booking the event. We had an amazing time and would love to chat with you sometime. Chris & Michelle

Omfg I love your content but this has to be my favorite video. I laughed so hard and enjoyed the sunset that I haven't seen in 3 years. Thank you so much. Keep entertaining us. Good job
My wife and I stayed there about 2 weeks ago! I would have loved to have met you!! Thanks for helping give us ideas on where to travel while we were there. We ended up not buying a place there - yet.
Literally, one of the BEST EPISODES since I first started watching and following you. Me he reido tanto y estaba en mi trabajo. Mi compañera me Mira y me pregunta: ¿estás bién? I was roaring with laughter...those two "hurticane" ladies are a riot! Love them and tell them that Necesito unas compañeras del chilingui, para cuando represents a la Isla❤🇵🇷💯🔥🙏Cuídate, Lau!
I gotta tell ya this video is one of the best of the best you wanna know why?esa interacción con esas dos lindas señoras y darles una botella de tu agua es lo más dulce que puede tener una persona en su corazón y es compartir con los demás regardless of their gender, race skin color, etc. etc. etc un abrazo para Maria y Irma, dulces y Bellas damas que estuvieron contigo hasta terminar el tour bravo 👏 I know you Blanquita you’re not afraid of anything, but I can’t imagine you alone in the dark. Keep up the good work white girl love ya 🤗
Girl, love this video!! The view spectacular thanks for doing what many of us won't.... despite being in PR. ❤ Take care and keep safe!
Aww these ladies were so sweet and fun to be around with! Crazy names too 👀 I’m glad this turned out completely different and we got this instead of your original plan haha! Also idk if it’s just me but I actually quite enjoy when the video is in Spanish, I love learning about new languages and hearing you speak in it is interesting. But wow… the views are gorgeous 💙 makes me want to visit PR, hopefully one day. Wow… that sunset is so beautiful. I don’t know why I just thought of this but I wish I had someone with me to watch sunsets like that and just talk about anything and everything - to love and laugh. I’m a hopeless romantic LOL I actually loved this so much though, caught myself smiling hard lmao. Those two were amazing! Take care Lau and see you in the next one! ❤️
Thanks again for the adventure, that was one breath taking view. Those two woman were so amusing, like always you don't disappoint. And like I always tell ,be safe.

The ladies on the trail give a good sermon. 🙏❤ And thank God for you and them crossing paths. That was a hoot! 🦉 You really have the touch. You make beautiful videos. :)
Another awesome video Lau. I’m so impressed with you and my island. I left as a child when I was about four years old and with your videos I’m catching up with our history thank you Lau and may the Lord Jesus Christ always bless you and our island. 🇵🇷
Hi Lau,where the video begins I Used to go there a very very long time ago. Used to go with my Mom and Dad and We went to eat Fish and Chips at a place called..”Marine Sea Food”. Seeing that bay brings back great memories of my childhood. Thank You as Always Lau. You never fail to entertain. 👍😊
Wow what a wonder video, the views are amazing. So happy to see you in sneakers Miss.. lol OMG what an encounter with the ladles... You really needed that Lau. Those hurricanes grandma's is what you really needed at this time in your life. God sent you Irma and Maria to laugh, and be present and really enjoy yourself with no worries. See you didnt need protection you had the H.G's. Mother Earth on top of that, what a nice place to smoke foreshore.. 😂❤ my type of ladies.. Love the Video and Maria and Irma an added bonus...
It’s nice that they turned those two names into something positive after all these years of associating them with the actual hurricanes xD thanks for watching and enjoying Kerri ❤️
I loved the video!
Wow Lau that one lady you met on the way up to the castle is from my hometown of YAUCO. You I’ve never been up to that Castle. But I’ve passed it countless times on my way to Caña Gorda Beach. Which you get to following that VERY NARROW ROAD. 😊
It blows my mind how the earthquakes affected the island, I grew up in Ponce I remember maybe 2 small earthquakes, but in 1987 I moved to L.A where I been since then 35 years to be exact, I been through so many earthquakes that it doesn't affect me anymore, my ex wife moved back to Ponce 9 years ago from L.A and people were asking her how she can be so calm during an earthquake, well she lived here 20 years so like I said we get use to it, they say the Rough Riders came through Guanica when they took over Puerto Rico in 1898.
I believe the most severe earthquake to hit Puerto Rico was back in 1918 the epicenter was right off Mona passage but the quake was of such a magnitude that it shook the town of Aguadilla, all the way down to Mayaguez, causing a tsunami killing 40 with untold numbers injured . Many buildings and homes were destroyed.
Kisses
Guanica and Ensenada could too so much more to bring life back to these areas with fixing the infrastructure and columns. the beach (that gets smaller and smaller every storm) needs more plants and stability, Guanica and Ensenada could be like La Parguera but better 🙌🏼
I've been to playa tamarindo at the end of that same road hundreds of times to scuba dive and spear fish but I'd never been to the fort. Thanks for taking me there. 👍
Hi lau you are truly Bless i loved this video it was so much fun watching you and the older ladies they are strong womens and i laugh so much 😂 watching the video laura all your videos are so fun to watch makes me want to get up and go explore keep enjoying life and be safe Godbless 🙏🏻💗
De nada siempre busco tus videos y tienes toda la razón we have to explore get out of the house 🙌 2 weeks ago I moved back to PR and I can’t wait to start exploring my beautiful island ❤❤❤is been 21 years away and I’m so happy to be back 🇵🇷🥰🥰🥰

As an American I can say that Auntie is 100% correct - it’s hasn’t benifited Puerto Rico so they need independence- but remember your gonna have to form an alliance with someone because of large powers …. Just fight to keep that place beautiful ❤✊🏽✊🏽
