stop finding excuses to hate yourself 

definitely needed this, thank you! i like the unedited/one-take format, it feels very natural like we’re having a conversation. i’ve been struggling with self love for quite some time and it goes up and down, but the downs are terrible. and realizing that after years of self healing and therapy that i still don’t love myself is so disappointing. but love can’t be forced, and i can’t be angry at myself for hating myself either-it’s counterproductive. but accepting is hard too especially with my stubborn mind. idk. your perspective helped a ton fs! it’s simple but the phrase “self love is hard” it eased my mind a lot because i don’t think i’ve heard anyone say that. people make it seem so easy. i think i need to accept that everything isn’t immediate. anyway enough of that, you’ve gained a subscriber. can’t wait to see what else you have in store🩷
