This week I take a look at a new conversion to the Commodore Plus/4 and expanded C16, Stop The Express, a classic Hudson Soft release from 1983.

It is an underrated game. I played the c64 version a lot. It's very arcade!

All the versions i have seen, Spectrum, MSX and C64, uses character graphics, I am not sure they used sprites at all. You can see when the player dies the black background is visible when he falls of the train. Actually there is a homebrew version out for Intellivision, which will be available fro sale later, its quite good and uses Sprites way more then the original 80s versions previous mentioned.
