fact tech i am having a normal hand grip but it does not have plastic grip it has a foam grip so it,s easy to grip that

I have the same asjustable hand grip im a cray arm excersier i use handgrip a lot and trust me my skin gets hurt a lot to that extent that i had to remove the grip (orange coloured one) to make it better its a good product but try to find one with a better grip
