I made this last night for my good friend's Birthday at work... I went in for a piece and it was GONE! I got a little nervous after all the eggs and flour was added but the champagne and strawberry made it all come together. Thank you!

It looks delicious! No glaze for me though; and I would definitely use my pound cake pan, so that I wouldn't need to turn the cake upside down . I love how the top comes out all cracked and goes all crunchy as it cools. Thanks for the recipe.

Made this, this weekend. Turned out gummy. I think I over-beat the ingredients. She clearly said not to do that. I'm going to try it again. My family still ate it though😁
