when you deep the strawberries in the chocolate and let them dry in paper sheet, how to avoide the back side to get flat?

Hello, thank you for your question! To avoid that, I recommend using skewers instead of toothpicks and buy foam so your strawberries can dry standing up. I hope this makes sense. Thank you 🫶🏼
