If you’re a busy dude over 40, you need a different approach to burning fat and reviving your anabolic hormones to look good, feel good, and f... good as you age. That’s why I upload new videos every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on this fitness channel to give you kettlebell beginner and advanced workout videos, including kettlebell fat loss routine, kettlebell training for strength, kettlebell HIIT workouts, etc. I will also share helpful tips and routines that you can do at home or in the gym using dumbbells, barbells, bands, body weight, and other strongman implements. These are designed to achieve maximum muscle development, burn fat for hours, increase core strength and ultimately help you move more explosively WITHOUT experiencing aches and pains from inflammation and overtraining. Best of all, these workouts typically only take 10 minutes or less, so you can get fast & dramatic results that help you look good naked and perform like a BEAST...without dedicating your life to fitness. Follow my videos if you want to look good, feel good, and f... good in under 10 mins a day.

That cossack squat is brutal. I can barley do it with just body weight. Guess back to standard lunges until I get my legs stronger before I try those again. I manage all standard squats, sumo, goblet- single or double kettle bell variations. Any tips to manage the cossack squat, any one?

I need 2 x 32kg kettlebells (70 lbs each). I've been using 2 x 16 kg kettlebells (35 lbs each) for a long time and I do need a bigger challenge.

From two 35s to two 70s? Whoa

@Ian-yf7uf 4 месяца назад
@@timberland215 sounds like a big jump but I think I'd get used to them quickly. I was pretty weak when I started 2 x 16 kg kettlebells. If it is a lot I can always do offset single kettlebell until I get used to both.

What’s the difference between an Anchor Squat and a Deadlifts? It looks like kettlebell further back in the stance and knees bend to 90, true or false?
@CoachMANdler
@CoachMANdler 4 месяца назад
Depth of your hips is lower (parallel to the ground) when doing anchor squats...
@shantanusapru
@shantanusapru 4 месяца назад
@jabbott1981: A dead lift is primarily a hip hinge/hip flexion-dominant movement with a slight bend/flexion at the knees, as needed to accomplish the goal; OTOH, an anchor squat is a squat variation, thus, is a knee flexion-dominant movement. As with all knee flexion-dominant movements, there will always be commensurate, secondary hip flexion. Hope this helps...
