1:10 - Pull Up (5 - 3 - 1 reps)
1:24 - Farmers Walk (50 ft. after each interval)

Brilliant coach and even better was the routine was able to penetrate out thick skulls ,just seeing what had to be done and then being able to do it was a release .The workout is demanding,those pull ups eek!, and the ability to actually carry it out by simply sweating it brilliant! Yet our bodies were surprised even more brilliant. Thanks again coach and keep them coming sir.

Is there something I can do instead of the pull ups? I do pull ups, but I use the park gym for that as I can't really do them in my apartment. Just wondering if there is a replacement type move if I were doing this exercise set
