I try to listen to this every night and it helps me relax so I can sleep sometimes I find even if I wake up in the middle of the night I put it on and I'm able to go back to sleep and have a restful peaceful sleep. I can't thank you enough!!! Your meditation has help me so much.

This is by far the best core healing support meditation I have found and I will be using it regularly to try to dig myself out of a deep emotional heartache and physical imbalance due to a bad back that I'm getting chiropractic treatment; I hope to initiate significant improvements from both treatments!

Iv been chronically ill for years and spend most of the day in bed, much of this time is used to do meditation and relaxation and i have been doing this for the last 2 years. I only recently found this channel and don't think I've listened to one of your videos that i don't like. Id love to hear longer videos (like this one) that i can use for my longer rests in the afternoons and evenings. Keep up the great work

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and sleep disorder. Mayo Clinic doctor prescribed meditation, physical therapy and tea for anxiety, but they were really serious about meditation, and I am so grateful I found you!!! I have that as well, and I find meditation to be the only thing, except a brief walk when there’s sun, and yoga, to be the only things that tea help, especially since this “war on opioids” started!

Jessie L.A. I NEVER said they were a good thing! I got off all mine a year ago!!!! I am not on anything now, but was on morphine and Norco because of my congenital issues, which nothing will take care of. I suck it up and stay at home all the time now, and meditate. However, I at least could use one Norco once in a while so I could babysit for my granddaughter or go grocery shopping. But I don’t take them!!!! Do NOT put words into my mouth! Leave me alone to deal with my issues!

I love your yoga nidra but when you say the words "pain and suffering" it actually wakes up the fight or flight centers in the mind and is counterintuitive to deep relaxation

Summary -Before going to sleep n after getting up in morning we have to be very careful wht we are thinking. Before going to sleep write hurtful memory of the day n let it go by writing that moment n give God blessings n love to that soul who gives pain to us

This is one of the best meditations out there however we don’t need two minutes of telling us what this is and what it’s going to do and how it’s going to do it. My suggestion is to just start the meditation. Some people need an introduction to what they’re about to experience but most don’t. Please consider keeping any kind of introduction to the meditation under 30 seconds. Thank you

I dont know.... I felt a strange presence of some being, we have to be careful because spiritual world exist and sometimes meditation can be dangerous ..
