En el Split Squat, ten cuidado con focalizar el peso en los dedos de la pierna adelantada, porque toda la tensión para personas con molestias, sufrirá el tendón rotuliano. Y además, para focalizar el glúteo, deberías retrasar la cadera empujando desde la pierna adelantada.

El mejor ejercicio para los glúteos es la definición por trabajo de ellos aun más sencillo .la natación es el más completo y otro apoyar ambas manos en posición horizontal sobre un pilar de madera y subir y bajar de la forma contraída y bajar y subir unas 100 repeticiones Doctor !y practicar la natación unas 10 horas y listo !Veras que glúteos definidos !no por estética sino por Sentiros MEJOR…Victor el pollo 🐓 tiene la FÓRMULA ??GRACIAS Doctor 💙💙💙COMTEMPLA COMO Estiran los felinos y aprender los estiramientos de ellos.HACEDLOS POR salud
