Little behind on schedule because my grandma died last night and had to sit by her bed this weekend. But I loved this workout. Think this is my favorite of the Stronger25 yet!
This was some sweaty fun! The only move I didn’t love was the squat and row. My dumbbells always graze my inner thighs and I don’t like that feeling. If I did this again I think I would perform 2 bent over rows and then stand and do a suitcase squat in between the rows. Just my tid bit in case anyone else has intrusive thighs 😂 thanks Lindsay and Rachel!

Love this format and Stronger 25. I haven’t been sore for a while and this program is getting it done. Hated the first squat exercise though. No room between my legs for the 20 pound weights.
I already started to notice muscle tone on my legs where I have never seen any before lol. (and I work out a lot...) Also, this first week was absolutely challenging!! I love how passionate you both are, it is written on your faces!! Can't wait to start week two!! :)
Did this workout this morning and loved it! It wasn’t as hard as that first full body you did, but it was definitely a great workout…sweaty and my triceps are still sore from the other workout…😂😂😂
For whatever reason I never made it to this workout the first couple times I did it, but I love that deadlift variation! boy oh boy sweaty and feeling strong!
