April and Iko, I've been using your videos since 2021 after recovering from Covid. The exercises have strengthened my knees and I'm convinced they have helped me avoid surgery. I haven't been with you for a while due to nasty flare up of arthritis. Going to specialist soon. Couldn't do this workout as the hips were too sore. Hope so much to be back with you soon. Lots of love to both of you❤xxx

Very similar to my physical therapy exercises. I try to keep up on them but do have slacking times before I start having body issues and hop back on it. 😂

These are excellent exercises. I have bursitis on both thighs and these are some of the exercises that my physical therapist would have me to do. I will be adding this to my weekly rotation.

Great workout. I have had one knee replaced and I have some arthritis in my hips. These are exactly the kinds of exercises I need to do to strengthen the muscles that support my hips. I did these exercises on my sofa. Thanks April and Iko for thinking of and working with seniors! Lynda

Thanks for this video. I’ve been doing some of these moves without having them sanctioned by a trainer who knows something, so I’m glad to hear that they actually are good for me, and you two ladies motivate me to get on the floor and exercise when the lazy side of me wants to vegetate! 😏

Amazing excercises. I would request you to also do a video on wall pilates for seniors/beginners or something similar. Another request is that could you kindly show the gym equipments or its closest substitutes one should/possibly have (and of course safely use) at home as seniors/beginners?

Love theses workouts I want to stay as limber as I can for 74 love this one for the lower my poor sister recently fell and broke up pelvics she does have osteoporosis but I pray and believe God’s gonna make us stronger each and every day thank you so much your mom is a little model of strength and encouragement to others. This new workout came at just the right time for me to put it in my workout plan for Day 4 of your *1 Week Strength Training Plan - Intermediate* , which I started following on Monday. I started with a few other short lower body workouts, including some oldies but goodies from your Lower Body playlist and saved this one for the last of the lower body routines. I love the stretch at the end, which felt so good after all the leg work I'd done! I completed the Day 4 plan with a ramped-up version of your recent New Year Walking Workout. Day 4 of the "1 Week Strength Training Plan - Intermediate" completed now and hoping to be able to move on to Day 5 tomorrow! (written Wednesday, Jan.24, 2024)

I don’t like to criticize but I feel I have to say that I find the MUSIC in this video STRESSFUL…it’s too loud, is annoying and distracting. Almost sounds like something AI would have created…nonsensical. I don’t remember the music being this bad in other videos. I will have to do the video in mute, which is unfortunate as I don’t hear your calming voices. Otherwise I LOVE it 😊
