Standing work for balance and balance recovery. Stand nearby a chair or wall to hold onto. You can pause the video and do as much as you like. Strengthen ankles, legs, and glutes, stretch low back and hamstrings, and gain agility in your feet!
Stronger Seniors® is a chair exercise workout program designed to increase strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance in older adults. Workouts can be done seated, or standing, or both. The World Health Organization and the National Institute on Aging recommend 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise for older adults.

Fabulous class! I was definitely breathing harder! I had a mid foot fusion plus bunionectomy 6months ago, my foot is still very sore and my ankle is still weak, this class is great for strengthening both thank you
